“Hire him! I got 4 quotes from fence guys. Phil's quote was the most reasonable, honest & he used good quality wood ( cedar planks, pressure treated rails) He used 4"x8" bottom rail to make my new fence much more secure & last longer, 2"x"4" top rail standard for 6' fence. Other companies told me it would take 2 days, Phil got it done in 1 day using rust proof deck screws & doing a very professional job.
